
3500: Weight Loss Tools is a Calorie counter, food and exercise log, and weight log.
Additionally, it can automatically make close estimates of how many Calories you actually burn in a day, greatly increasing the ability to feel confident about your diet. Other dietary motivational tools include nutrient analysis, tracking weight goals, projecting body fat percentages at a given weight to help estimate a desirable goal weight, and more.
These tools were created by a dieter over the course of a year-long weight loss endeavor and provide information dieters need to know to have the best chance to lose weight. Using these tools, after many failed diets, the software's author was able to lose over 100 pounds, going from nearly 50% body fat to 15%. Now we'd like to see if others can get similar results.
