There is no spyware or adware included with 3500:Weight Loss Tools. You don't need to just take my word for it; Download.com, our download provider, rejects software containing spyware.
No information about the user's computer is collected by the software. No data the user provides is ever sent over the network. Currently, the only time anything is sent over the network is to check for software updates, at which time the current version is sent via HTTP for comparison to the most up-to-date version. Update checks can be disabled by the user, after which no network activity of any kind will take place.
Integration with a web interface is in the works. When it is complete, users may choose to sync their data with a copy on our servers. This will be opt-in only.If you have any other concerns about this or any other topic, please feel free to contact us.
